Package Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your refund is processed without delay.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is confirmed via email.
